Impacting Global Dimensions Gathering of God’s Mission in Ibadan, Nigeria

Advancing World Missions Conference (AWMC 2024) hosts a large participant gathering this year to discuss the global impact of training and intercessory prayer in the polity of God’s Mission among the peoples of the world.

IBADAN, OYO STATE NIGERIA – AWMC will host the 2024 Missions Conference themed “IMPACTING GLOBAL MISSIONS: Through Training and Intercession on August 14-18 at The Conference Center for the Nations, Fullstature Missions International, 4 Parliament Highway, Bye Federal INEC Office, Secretariat, Ibadan. Hundreds of Church leaders, missions agency leaders and staff, church missions staff, pastors, and ministry professionals will gather to collaborate for deep relationships, shared learning, and innovation among those doing power evangelism, cross-cultural evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.
 
The week-long
event will feature Crusades, Medical Missions Outreach, keynote addresses, panel interviews, and over 20 breakout sessions focused on making a global impact in a world where global migration has become a permanent feature. It is also a landmark gathering remembering the 50th anniversary of the unreached people group paradigm. The conference aims to explore key questions and challenges about this strategic core of the global missions movement. Speakers include Apostle I. D. Lawon, Missionary Zac. Yisa, Missionary Daniel Appiah, Apostle Martins Atanda, Rev. Ben Omoruyi, Dr Kunle Ogunkolati, Pastor Gboyega Olusola, Rev Sola Mene, Prof. Bunmi Olusola, Prof Kemi Okuwa, and many others.
 
“Ralph Winter introduced the concept of unreached people groups at the Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization in 1974,” said I.D Lawon, International Director of Fullstature Missions International. “He argued that instead of focusing on political boundaries, mission efforts should focus on distinct ethnic groups who lack a viable indigenous community of believing Christians able to engage in church planting.”
 
In addition to the main conference, pre-conference sessions and networking events will provide opportunities for peers to connect, share ideas, and build relationships. Attendees can have the opportunity of training Bible and Missions after the conference. You will also be given a prescribed systematic insidious strategy to invade the whole world on your knees through strategic maps.
